Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Travelers:  Whether you register for a trip by phone, postal mail or email or in person, such registration authorizes us to purchase any train, air, cruise or admission tickets or packages. If you decide to cancel the trip you must notify us at least 31 days prior to the trip departure date. We will refund your money less a $50 cancellation fee and less any pre purchased tickets such as airline, train, bus and cruise tickets. Please see the  cancellation schedule for trips canceled after 31 days. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via mail or email. Any trip canceled prior to 31 days there will be no cancellation fee just the pre purchased tickets.
Cancellation by Sky Travel: There may be unforeseen emergencies, weather issues and or not enough travelers signed up for a trip. If a trip is cancelled by Sky Travel in these cases there will be a 100% refund or these monies can be used towards another vacation.

If vacation a needs to be cancelled during the scheduled days the refund will be for a percentage of the remaining days of the vacation that did not take place.

Sky Travel will provide a cancellation letter with trip information and refund if any is applicable for either trips cancelled by traveler or Sky Travel.

Days Canceled Prior to Trip Cancellation Fee (% off Total Trip Cost)  

28 Days - 25% plus pre purchased tickets                            

21 Days - 50% plus pre purchased tickets                           

14 Days - 75% plus pre purchased tickets                            

7 Days - No Refund                                        

 

Example: Florida Trip at $1250. Trip cancelled 28 days prior to departure date. Total cancellation fee would be 25% of $1250 + pre purchased tickets. This would be $312 + the airline ticket fee (this fee varies due to seasonal rates).
